Engineering, motion design, and technical direction for TOUI POSTER, one of the exhibited works in “Zurezure Naru Mama ni”, a joint exhibition by Panasonic Future Life Factory and SUNTORY.Using Panasonic’s proprietary emotion analysis technology, visitors enter their name and stand in front of a camera, upon which a dynamic graphic poster is instantly generated based on their detected emotional state. The shapes and colors of the poster further transform in response to the intensity of the measured emotions.This project incorporates an experimental system in which Apple’s Vision Kit API is integrated into the openFrameworks rendering runtime. This approach enables real-time human segmentation while simultaneously performing all graphic rendering within openFrameworks.

Panasonic Future Life FactoryとSUNTORYによる合同展示展示「ずれずれなるままに」における、展示作品の一つである「TOUI POSTER」の実装、モーションデザイン、テクニカルディレクション。Panasonicが開発した感情解析技術を用いて、名前を入力し、カメラの前に立つと即座に感情に由来した動的なグラフィックポスター生成されます。さらに感情量によっても、シェイプや色に変化があります。AppleのVision Kit APIをopenFrameworkの描画ランタイムに結合した方法を開発し、瞬時に人物切り抜きをしつつそのグラフィック描画はoFで行う実験的なシステムを取り入れています。
